1 - Simple Status is branded with your company logo prominently. 2 - Your status reports are available online at any time.  To simplify entry and save time, you can automatically copy items from your last status report into your current working report. 3 - Your direct reports' status reports are available to review after they have been submitted  In addition to receiving an email when a new report has been submitted, you can easily see which reports you have reviewed and which are unread.

1 - Manager's instructions help remind users of the preferred level of detail and information to include in the status reports. 2 - The information bar tells you when status items were created, which are new, and allows you to associate status items with specific initiatives in your organization or company. 3 - Reorder by dragging any item before or after others to reflect priority. 4 - Submit your report online to with a single click. Your manager receives an email notification that it's ready to review.



Reviewing Your Directs' Status Reports

1 - See your employee's status items with prioritization and key details in a quick snapshot view. 2 - Return to the user if additional detail is necessary. 3 - Any status item can be promoted to your own report. It will become a part of your report that you can change and edit without affecting the corresponding item in your direct's report. 4 - Any items your direct chooses to remove from their report appear in a special section so you are aware of what is dropping from future status reports.

1 - Add instructions to your group to help guide them to complete status reports to your preferences. 2 - Define when you receive reminders that status reports are due.  3 - Add organization-level initiatives that users can associate with their status report items to give greater context to status report items.  4 - Managers can maintain basic details about their organization directly.
